Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Relations Intern to assist in streamlining and executing placement activities for our students. This role is ideal for someone passionate about career services, industry networking, and student employability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating placement activities and ensuring smooth student-employer interactions.
- Maintain and update the student placement database and job postings.
- Connect with corporates, recruiters, and hiring partners to facilitate job opportunities.
- Organize placement drives, job fairs, and industry networking events.
- Provide resume-building guidance, mock interview sessions, and career counseling support.
- Track and report placement outcomes to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the HR and Training team to align candidate skills with market demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Currently pursuing or completed MBA/HR/Business Management/Engineering or a related field.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with recruiters and students.
✔ Basic knowledge of placement processes, HR practices, and career counseling.
✔ Ability to multitask, coordinate, and work independently.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus.
