Shubham Agrawal brings over 9 years of extensive experience in the fields of electrical engineering, maintenance, and development in the clean energy sector, with a specific focus on E-Mobility. Since joining DIYguru in June 2022 as the Learning and Development Manager, Shubham has been instrumental in driving forward DIYguru’s mission to upskill the workforce in electric vehicle (EV) technology and sustainable energy solutions.
In addition to his role in learning and development, Shubham has been pivotal in handling B2B deals and executing them from inception to delivery. He played a key role in setting up hardware E-Mobility Labs in partnership with L&T Edutech, where he oversees the entire process from hardware development and delivery to final inspection and training at designated industry and academic locations.
His previous experience spans leadership roles in companies like Samsung Display, APL Apollo Tubes Ltd, and Good Luck Steel Tubes, where he developed a strong foundation in electrical engineering and maintenance operations. Shubham’s deep understanding of electric vehicles, combined with his passion for clean energy, empowers him to curate and deliver high-quality training programs that address industry needs and future mobility trends.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Shubham is committed to shaping the next generation of engineers and professionals in the EV sector through innovative learning methodologies at DIYguru.
