No. The DET (DIYguru Entrance Test) is completely free. You also receive a free preparation guidebook upon registering for the test. There is zero financial commitment to apply and take the DET.

Working professionals with 2+ years of experience may skip the DET and directly schedule an interview. However, scholarship eligibility requires a DET score. We recommend professionals take the DET to qualify for the scholarship discount, even if it's optional for admission.

Yes, you can retake the DET once if you're not satisfied with your score. The higher of the two scores will be considered for your scholarship tier. There is a cooling period of 15 days between attempts.

Yes! The scholarship discount is applied first, reducing your base fee. You can then opt for EMI on the remaining amount (after scholarship + GST). This gives you the best of both — a reduced fee and flexible monthly payments.

Candidates are ranked by their combined DET score (70% weightage) and personal interview performance (30% weightage). The top 30 candidates in each batch receive the scholarship based on their tier. Scores are evaluated on both accuracy and speed.

The scholarship discount is applied to the base program fee before GST calculation. So GST (18%) is computed on the reduced fee, meaning you save on both the fee and the GST amount. For example, a 15% scholarship on ₹1,00,000 brings the fee to ₹85,000, and GST is calculated on ₹85,000.
