The exclusive organization selected by AICTE to offer an E-Mobility Upskilling Program.
On February 16, 2021, the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), launched the National Educational Alliance for Technology (NEAT 2.0). As part of this initiative, DIYguru, an E-Mobility upskilling platform, signed an MOU with AICTE to offer a job-assured Electric Vehicle Nanodegree program for engineering students and professionals. The program includes four months of training in E-Mobility software design, dynamics, and analysis, followed by two months of hands-on training with electric vehicle companies. DIYguru aims to upskill one million individuals by 2030, focusing on creating a workforce ready for the electric vehicle industry. Additionally, 25% of the program’s seats will be offered free of charge to economically disadvantaged students. The initiative was launched at an event attended by key education officials, including the Minister of Education and AICTE leadership.Â
