Frequently Asked Questions

What space and infrastructure do we need?

A standard room of 800–1200 sq. ft. with 3-phase power supply is sufficient for the Professional package. We provide detailed electrical and layout specifications during the site assessment phase. Air conditioning is recommended but not mandatory.

How long does the full setup take?

Typically 8–12 weeks from signed proposal to lab inauguration. This includes hardware manufacturing (4–6 weeks), shipping and installation (1–2 weeks), and faculty training (1 week). Expedited timelines are available on request.

Is the lab curriculum aligned with AICTE and NBA requirements?

Yes. All experiments and curriculum are mapped to AICTE's outcome-based education framework with clearly defined Programme Outcomes (POs) and Programme Specific Outcomes (PSOs). Assessment rubrics follow NBA Criteria 3 and 5 guidelines.

Do you train our faculty to operate the lab?

Absolutely. Every lab package includes a certified Train the Trainer (TOT) program. Faculty receive hands-on training on all workbenches, teaching methodology guidance, and complete lab operation manuals. They can independently run all experiments after the program.

Can we start with one workbench and scale later?

Yes. Our Starter package lets you begin with a single workbench. Additional workbenches can be added at any time, and we'll provide the updated curriculum and training for each new addition. Many institutions start small and scale to a full CoE over 2–3 years.

What maintenance and support is included?

All packages include warranty on hardware, remote technical support, and access to content updates. Professional and Enterprise packages include on-site annual maintenance visits and a dedicated support manager for your institution.

Can this lab be funded through CSR or government grants?

Yes. Many institutions fund their CoE through Industry CSR (we can connect you with interested corporates), AICTE MODROB scheme, DST-FIST grants, or state government skill development funds. We provide documentation support for grant applications.
