Description: You will start your journey at DIYguru as a Product Specialist to guide students and course takers who are using DIYguru’s App and Website Maker’s Program & be an integral part of their learning journey with DIYguru. Your key role is to connect regularly with students and parents and ensure that they are having a seamless & effective experience with DIYguru.

Your job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Scriptwriting – Every video and book we create, has a well-researched script. Our scriptwriters weave engaging themes and stories around core academic content, that provides students with an immersive and effective learning experience.
  • Copywriting – Our copywriters create fresh and innovative copy for marketing material. They work closely with subjects experts, editors and designers to visualize storyboards for the copy they create.

What we expect of  you:

  • A Versatile and creative problem solver by nature with a good understanding of concepts and pedagogy across Industry 4.0 tech be ir Automotive, Aerospace, IoT or Robotics.
  • Good in written and verbal communication.
  • Great intuition for how students like to learn and insight into their common misconceptions.
  • Eager to solve problems and help thousands of students with their academic doubts. Make learning fun!
  • Eager to create quality content and translate the same efficaciously across offline, online, application-based and classroom platforms.
  • Familiarity with common curricula and teaching methods.
  • An ever learning appetite.

Your job responsibilities will include the following:

  • Guiding students with their doubts and lesson plan over multiple communication channels.
  • Giving career/engineering and project related guidance to students at undergrad and grad. level
  • Conducting one-on-one online sessions for students across the globe.
  • Soliciting insight and feedback from our content creators, curators, teachers & learners on the floor.
  • Understand the learning deficiencies while interacting with the students and put them to use while creating content.
