Building the firmware behind real electric vehicles.

Ashutosh leads embedded and firmware development at DIYguru, where he built the company’s EV simulation toolkit and works hands-on with the systems that make an electric vehicle run โ€” battery management, sensor integration, and the CAN, UART, I2C and SPI networks that tie it all together.

He programs across STM32, ARM, PIC and AVR microcontrollers, designs PCBs in Altium, and models vehicles in MATLAB and Simscape. Before EVs, he spent years commissioning automated industrial production lines โ€” so he teaches from how real systems behave, not from theory. He has trained hundreds of engineers to go from a raw sensor reading to a working, communicating system.
