Rahul brings a diverse blend of research, rapid prototyping, and electric mobility expertise to DIYguru’s Center of Excellence. His professional journey spans defence research, product design, EV R&D, and advanced technical training.

He began his engineering journey as a Research Intern at DRDO (R&DE Engineers), Ministry of Defence, Government of India, where he gained exposure to structured product development and technical research environments. He later led design and rapid prototyping operations at X-Pect Innovations, driving productivity improvements and hardware execution workflows.

Before taking charge of the COE at DIYguru, Rahul worked as an EV Trainer and R&D Associate at ISIEINDIA, focusing on electric mobility systems and applied research. Today, as an E-Mobility Senior Technical Trainer and COE In-Charge at DIYguru, he leads hands-on labs, hardware prototyping environments, battery and embedded system experiments, and real-vehicle technical training.

His expertise lies in bridging academic learning with applied engineering—ensuring students gain real-world competency in EV systems, diagnostics, and technical problem-solving.
