Bharat eMobility Recruitathon 2.0 – Delhi Edition takes place on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 October 2026 at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT), PSP Area, Plot No. 1, Sector 22, Rohini, New Delhi – 110086. The event is offline (in person) and organised by DIYguru.

Bharat eMobility Recruitathon is DIYguru's EV and automotive hiring event series where pre-screened candidates meet hiring teams face to face for interviews and on-spot offers. The Pune edition (4–5 July 2026) drew 2,000+ registrations and 22 employers; Delhi 2.0 expects 2,400+ registrations and 40 EV and automotive companies.

ITI and diploma candidates, B.Tech graduates and experienced professionals can attend, including professionals moving from conventional automotive (ICE) roles into EV. Roles are mapped to 16 curriculum-based segments at Fresher and Experienced levels, from battery systems and BMS to charging, manufacturing and quality.

About 40 EV and automotive companies are expected, hiring across battery systems, EV powertrain, embedded software, AUTOSAR, ADAS, design and CAD, charging, testing, manufacturing, quality and service roles. See the Eligible Roles section for role titles by segment and experience level.

Candidates are pre-screened and skill-verified before the event. Hiring partners share their job descriptions, profiles are matched against them on skills, qualification level and role fit, and curated profiles with EV skill scores reach employers about two weeks before the event.

Yes. On-spot offers are encouraged, and many recruiters extend offers on the day after face-to-face interviews. Hiring partners typically interview around 40 candidates per day.

Hiring partners keep post-event access to the DIYguru talent pipeline. The team continues matching candidates to open roles through the eMobility Careers portal and DIYguru's alumni network.

DIYguru expects 2,400+ registrations, with 350+ pre-screened candidates available for interviews across the two days.
