DIYguru's Bharat eMobility Recruitathon drew 2,000+ registrations across onsite and virtual channels, with 300+ candidates and 22 leading EV and automotive employers converging over two days at Ajeenkya DY Patil University (ADYPU), Lohegaon, Pune โ one of the largest dedicated EV and automotive hiring drives in India. Candidates spanning ITI, diploma, engineering, and experienced professional levels met hiring teams face-to-face, with parallel virtual rounds extending the reach further.
Across the two days, 120+ profiles were fast-tracked through evaluation, translating into 50+ formal job offers โ with 30+ candidates already onboarded into their new roles. The event combined on-the-spot interviews, hands-on technical assessment stations, live skill workshops, and a closing placement session, bringing academia and industry onto a single floor.

How do I register for the next Bharat eMobility Recruitathon?+
Registration for the Delhi edition (25โ26 September 2026) is open now โ click "Register for Delhi Edition" above to secure your spot.
Is there a registration fee?+
No โ registration and participation are completely free for candidates.
What roles are typically available at Recruitathon events?+
Roles span ITI, diploma, and engineering levels, plus experienced EV professional roles โ see the exact openings by hiring partner in the Hiring Partner Snapshot above.
What is the selection process?+
Registered candidates complete a free EV Essentials course and a short screening test ahead of the event. Resumes are then matched to partner company JDs, and shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews.
Do I need prior EV experience to attend?+
No โ the event welcomes both freshers (ITI/diploma/engineering students) and experienced professionals, with openings across experience levels.
