Course Overview
Sensor and actuator systems form a crucial part of the modern world. In specific to a given system, the application and utilization of the sensors and actuator changes. With the continuous advancements in the vehicle systems, the dependency on advanced sensors and actuators is increasing, on a simultaneous bias. This course makes a very fine balance between the sensor/actuator technology and the automotive sector.
This course worked with a series of sensor systems, including, Voltage sensor, current sensor, Potentiometer, IR Sensor, Ultrasonic distance sensor, Motion sensor, Gyroscope, Touch sensor, Fingerprint scanner and actuator systems, including DC Motor, Servo Motor, Stepper Motor, Relay, Latch lock and Linear actuator. In order to provide the necessary connectivity with that of a vehicle system, the course works on a series of technical projects on the interfacing of these covered sensors/actuators over a vehicle application.
With more than 5 minor and major projects, the implementation of simulation toolboxes, this course gives the right essence of technical training and practical exposure.
